Becoming Whole Again

What is the Emotional Healing Course?

The Emotional Healing Course is designed to help us learn how to deal with our most challenging emotions and with emotions in general, in a wholesome, conscious way.

While there currently are many different types of self-therapy and approaches to emotions, the novelty of this course consists in that:

  1. It brings together tools from modern psychology and the spiritual traditions of Yoga, Tantra, Mystical Christianity and Tibetan Buddhism.
  2. It helps us break our major emotions into their subcomponents, handling every subcomponent separately instead of dealing with the entire emotion all at once.
  3. It addresses the experience of emotions at the physical, energetic, psychological and spiritual level, offering clear, systematic actions both with the body, the energy structure and the mind in order to gain a profound, complete healing.
Who is the Emotional Healing Course for?

This course is meant for people who wish to honestly transform their being and to know themselves profoundly. For everyone who wants to speed up the process of evolution, by addressing honestly and wisely their personal inner challenges. This course is for people who wish to increase their state of well-being and to learn how to master the inner Universe in a detached and balanced way, acquiring profound self-awareness.

Please note that this course invites the practitioner to practice actively, to assume a profoundly fulfilling responsibility for one’s own being and to end, in this way, the enslavement of our own suffering through understanding, enthusiastic effort, profound acceptance and wise choices that, as you will see, are available to each and everyone of us.

How is the Emotional Healing Course structured?

The course is structured in modules. Each modules consists of seven classes which you can watch at your own convenience. The classes include both study and practice. Module 1 will introduce the basic structure and methodology of emotional healing. Once the primary tools and understandings are established, each subsequent module is built around the profound study and understanding of one particular emotion. We discuss its mechanisms, how to address that specific emotion in moments of crisis, how to work with it on the long run, using its presence within our inner universe for growth and transformation. The classes also include appropriate methods of Hatha Yogacontemplative exercises and healing modalities from psychology in order to give you a proper map and a tool kit to manage that emotion in your life.

Current Modules:
  • Module 1: Basic Tools – Introduction
  • Module 2: Transforming Through Guilt
  • Module 3: The Liberating Light Within Sadness
  • Module 4: The Courage & Faith That Lie Beyond Fear
  • Future modules to be announced at a later date.
The Main Goals of this Course:
  • Reduce the adverse, negative effect of mismanaging our emotions
  • Use the existing energy of the emotions in a constructive way, so that anger can be dynamising, sadness can give depth, guilt can give transformation.
  • Create inner coherence and authenticity so that the emotions find their place in the greater inner whole of our being, leading to a very strong, coherent and embracing sense of self.

We’ll also share testimonies from individuals who faced challenges but successfully mastered amorous erotic continence.
This course has already been taught to dozens of men with wonderful results, and beyond the weekly sessions, participants will have the opportunity to pair up for mutual support and sharing.
